December 2024 Sweepstakes Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older and U.S. residents. Employees of HealthTech Hang LLC are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.  This sweepstakes is intended only for legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding U.S. territories.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. NO ALTERNATIVE ENTRY METHOD ALLOWED. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT SPONSORED BY HLTH, INC. OR VIVE 2025.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, November 1, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. PT and ends on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Within this Sweepstakes Period, there are two distinct entry windows:

• Feedback Survey Entry Period: November 1, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. PT through December 24, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Entries submitted during this entire window via the Feedback Survey are eligible for the Feedback Survey Submission Prizes.
• Main Entry Period: December 13, 2024 at 8:50 a.m. PT through December 24, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Entries from New Subscribers and Referrals are only accepted during this window.

All entries, regardless of method, must be received by December 24, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the applicable entry periods defined above.

HOW TO ENTER: There are three ways to earn entries into this Sweepstakes:

1. Feedback Survey (10 Entries):
   • Who Can Enter: Any Current Subscriber (an Individual Person with a Complete Profile who has previously subscribed and received a welcome message) during the Feedback Survey Entry Period.
   • How to Enter: Complete the 2024 Feedback Survey (https://healthtechhang.typeform.com/to/F2q6GmhK) one time between November 1, 2024 and December 24, 2024.
   • Entries Earned: 10 entries per Individual Person. Only one survey submission per Individual Person is allowed. Multiple or duplicate submissions (including use of multiple email addresses) may result in disqualification.
2. New Subscriber Sign-Up (5 Entries):
   • Who Can Enter: Individuals not previously subscribed to HealthTech Hang’s events newsletter who subscribe during the Main Entry Period (December 13–December 24, 2024).
   • How to Enter: Visit www.healthtechhang.com or https://healthtechhang.typeform.com/joinus and create a Complete Profile during the Main Entry Period. You must receive a welcome email from harry@healthtechhang.com to confirm subscription.
   • Entries Earned: 5 entries for becoming a New Subscriber. This can only be done once per Individual Person.
3. Referrals (5 Entries per Referred Subscriber):
   • Who Can Enter: Current Subscribers may refer others during the Main Entry Period.
   • How to Enter: Share your unique referral link with others. For each new Individual Person who becomes a New Subscriber using your referral link during the Main Entry Period, you earn 5 entries. There is no limit to the number of referrals.

Definitions:

1. Current Subscriber: An Individual Person who was subscribed, had a Complete Profile, and received a welcome message from harry@healthtechhang.com prior to or during the Sweepstakes.
2. Individual Person: A single, natural person. Each Individual Person may only use one email address and one profile. Multiple emails or profiles for the same Individual Person are not allowed and may lead to disqualification.
3. Complete Profile: A submission of all required information, accurate to the best of the Individual Person’s knowledge, through HealthTech Hang’s survey tools.
4. Referred Subscriber: A New Subscriber who joined via a Current Subscriber’s unique referral link.

PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE: There are two prizes available.

1. Grand Prize: One (1) free pass to the ViVE 2025 Conference (ARV $2,995 USD). No travel or other expenses included.
2. Referred Subscriber Prize: One (1) free year of HealthTech Hang Helpful Hours in 2025 (ARV $360 USD), awarded to one of the Referred Subscribers of the Grand Prize winner.
3. Feedback Survey Submission Prizes: Three (3) free one-year subscriptions to HealthTech Hang Helpful Hours in 2025 (ARV $360 USD each), awarded to three separate individuals who completed the Feedback Survey.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No prize substitution or cash equivalents. Winners may transfer their prize to another individual within 30 days of prize notification. HealthTech Hang will coordinate distribution with winners.

WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND ANNOUNCEMENT: All winners will be selected and notified on or around Wednesday, December 25, 2024.

• Grand Prize: Chosen at random from all eligible entries as defined under the “How to Enter” section.
• Referred Subscriber Prize: Once the Grand Prize winner is determined, one Referred Subscriber from that winner’s referrals will be selected at random.
• Feedback Survey Submission Prizes: Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible Feedback Survey entries.

Winners will be notified by email at the address associated with their HealthTech Hang subscription. Winners have 72 hours to claim their prize once notified. Failure to respond within 72 hours may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

In the event of disqualification or any other reason a winner cannot accept the prize, HealthTech Hang LLC may select an alternate winner at its sole discretion.

HealthTech Hang LLC may publicly announce winners and prizes via social media or other public forums.

CONDITIONS: HealthTech Hang LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes (or portion thereof). HealthTech Hang LLC also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the entry of any individual. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, HealthTech Hang LLC reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. BY ENTERING, THE ENTRANT WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO BRING (AND COVENANTS NOT TO BRING) ANY CLAIM AGAINST HEALTHTECH HANG LLC OR ANY OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANTS FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS HEALTHTECH HANG LLC FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, THEIR USE OF THE PRIZES, OR HEALTHTECH HANG LLC USE OF ANY ENTRY INFORMATION. Any disputes arising under or related to this sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and any such disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

PUBLICITY AND RELEASE: As a condition of entry into the sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each entrant grants to HealthTech Hang LLC all rights, titles, and interests in, to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use, the sweepstakes entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of HealthTech Hang LLC, which are final and binding in all respects. 

PRIVACY POLICY: By participating in this sweepstakes, you consent to your data being processed in accordance with HealthTech Hang LLC’s Privacy Policy found at https://www.healthtechhang.com/privacy-policy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, receive, use, store, share, transfer, and process your personal information. It also describes your choices regarding use as well as your rights of access and correction of your personal information. HealthTech Hang LLC reserves the right to use or disclose your personal information if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a law, court order, or legal process.
